About This Project

Our clients came to us with a vision; they wanted an Industrial look kitchen that complimented the polished concrete floors in their new home. Keen foodies, they also wanted their kitchen and scullery to be functional, practical spaces to work in not just look awesome! Together, we collaborated to come up with a design that met their criteria.

After discussing materials and finishes, they decided on Plytech’s Futura HPL in Black for their kitchen cabinetry, open shelving and benchtop in the scullery. Futura HPL is a European Birch plywood, overlaid with an attractive, hard wearing high pressure laminate, perfect for high use areas and family life. Recessed handles were powder coated matt black, along with the steel frame on the island. Chunky Primestone “Fox Glacier” benchtops, including a waterfall end; a black Ecogranite sink and Birch Ply floating shelves; all added to the fantastic mix to create a stunning end result.
